I
am normally overwhelmed but December 2001 found me totally "Hairred".
My college boys arrived home on December 21. On December 22, I had
120 people here for an open house. (No caterer necessary-ha). I Christmas
day I had 23 family members for 14 hour. We did enjoy the entire day!!!
On the 27th my best friends daughter had a rehearsal dinner. On the
28th, we all enjoyed her wonderful wedding. On the 29th, I had 90
people here for post wedding brunch (caterer required). I think I
rested for a day before New Years Eve. I had just curled up with a
book and my coffee on 1-1-02 when I got a call from Vail. Kyle had
broken his elbow, needed surgery, and needed MOM. Two hour later I
was flying to Colorado. Such is my life. It's bad when you meet your
insurance deductible before noon on the first. In my spare time .
. . I'm working a little with my design business, chairman of St.
Ursula's Celebrity Wait, and on the board of Assistance Dogs of America.
